Setia Tropika is an integrated modern township in Johor Bahru. This township is a development by the renowned SP Setia. Sprawling over 740 acres of freehold land, the township is planned to host several types of residential including double-storey garage house, double storey super-link house, double-storey terrace house and twin villas as well as serviced apartment and cluster homes. It also comprises commercial developments.
